I'm down 10 lbs from my starting weight. This is the first time I've stuck w my healthy living long enough to see such results. Usually I get lazy after just a few weeks. I'm so excited that the work is showing results! I'm also feeling better overall (have dealt w some crazy health issues this year), and I have more and more endurance! It all keeps getting better.
