Hi there. I did have bilateral total knee replacement in November. I'd say it takes about six months to feel really good about it, but along the way, it gets better and better.
I think it"s important to have good support at home for at least a week or two to help keep your meds straight and give moral support.
Almost nine months later, I still get a little sore, but feel so much better than before. My doctor says it takes a year to fully recover.
Is this something that is in your future?
