I love Sundays and the fitness tracker resetting to 0. It gives me the opportunity to start fresh and outdo the week before!

Are you kidding me. A day away from the workplace with family or friends is good.

LOL - I love Sundays! I'm not religious or anything, so I love using it as my day to get the week started off right. I do laundry, chores, batch cooking for a week of healthy meals...and I usually go for a long run or a long gym session. I love that feeling of seeing my first fitness record for the week, especially because it's usually my longest session (minutes) or my most effective one (calories).

When everything zeros out, I feel like I have a clean slate to start doing even better than the week before.

I never thought of it that way either. You can do as i do, and track ahead for a week. put in what you estimate you will do, then as the day comes change to what you do. its motivating to me and i rarely have to change it!

LOL, I've never thought of it that way. The one thing you can do right away is some morning cardio (even a ten minute walk), to get rid of that big, fat zero!

It's the day that your Spark People fitness tracker resets and Suddenly your weekly fitness hours are zero.

All those fitness hours you worked so hard to achieve are a thing of the past and you have to start again from scratch.

Awful, isn't it?
