"Just do it."

The first few minutes are the hardest for most people. Most people don't love to exercise, they love the feeling that they have after a good workout. So try to focus on that, and maybe it will give you the boost you need :)

I would like to attend more classes as I do enjoy them, but it's the prices i simply can't afford to go to more than one a week. And I enjoy the Zumba on the wii, but it's just the thaught of getting up and doing it that puts me off now because once I'm doing it I like it :')

If you don't like the exercises you're doing at home, could you do more of the classes you enjoy? The key to creating a routine you can stick with is to find activities you enjoy. Perhaps it's just time to shake things up and try something new.

Try YouTube. Seriously, i love that site. Search for something you wouldnt normally do. I personally like Pilates. Search for videos on YouTube and try some out. You might find something you actually like doing.
Are you a fan of any movies like Harry Potter for example? I found that some people post workouts to do during movies. Like do 5 pushups when anyone casts a spell in Harry Potter. I know it sounds cheesy, but some days those work outs are exactly what i need.

I have been doing at least 30mims of exercise a day all the time i have been on this diet (wich is about 6-7 week) wether it was circuit training, Zumba or dancing on the wii or going for a 3mile walk. I also attend a boxer fit class once a week. But not I just can't bring myself to get up and do the exercise at home anymore, I'm still attending the boxer fit class and love that still but it's just the exercise at home that I'm sick of. Any ideas what I could do to make me feel motivated again?
