Thank you for your answers :) I am gluten intolerant...but no allergy. I am forced into trial and error when cross-contamination is possible. 95% of gluten free foods can come in contact with wheat, barley or rye. I am lucky, though, I know when I have had gluten because my tic's (Tourette's Syndrome) get bad with gluten, so I know to avoid the food the next time. I liked the Dominos pizza :) And so far I haven't had a problem with cross-contamination, but I guess it depends on who makes it and how well they clean. So it will be a time to time question about cross contamination...

Never tried it, but then I'm not allergic to gluten. Idk if I'm gluten sensitive.

Do you have a real gluten allergy or are you just gluten sensitive? If the latter, go for it and enjoy. If the former, watch out. Dominos is specifically saying that these pizzas are NOT for people with real gluten allergies. The dough is not made in a gluten free environment and contamination with regular flour is possible/likely.

Hey all y'all...
Dominos just started making a gluten free pizza, nationwide. :) I am not a big fan of pizza, in general, but it was amazing how much it tasted like the "regular" pizza :) They make it only in 10" but you can add toppings. And it is sort of a thin crust. I had sausage on mine. 10" is actually quite small when compared to the pies they now sell in most pizza joints...but for one or even two people, it should be adequate. If you or someone you know can't have gluten, but misses pizza, this is a great one to try. If anyone knows of any other places, nationwide, selling gluten free food, please let me know. emoticon emoticon Oh, and if you live in Brevard County, FL, a friend told me there is a bakery selling gluten free goods in Cocoa, FL. I can't wait to try their muffins :)
