Hi Lover of food:
I have also been here before and my issues were due to smoking....I recently quit over a month ago and am ready to get back on track and get fit and healthy. I am planning on running a 5k and now that i am smoke free i really want to push myself. I also love SP and all the tools and options available and the fact that it is free is amazing. I hope to meet new friends and accomplish many goals. I would love to add you as a buddy and anyone else feel free to add me as a buddy as well. We can all use support and encouragement on our individual journeys....Namaste!!!

I have been here before, got sidetracked and stopped tracking. I joined another online weightloss tracker at the same time, but I find that I keep coming back here because of the all of the features. I love it.
Anyway, I am back to lose the weight that I gained back. Sparkpeople says that I should be down to my goal weight by November 13th! I am excited about this.
What I am most excited about is that Sparkpeople has all of this for free. Health information. Tracking. Menu planning. I can't believe it. I hope it stays free! :)
