40 days of clean eating all under the 1,300 kcal daily mark kicking up the exercise not that I've been cleared by my doctor yesterday 6,000 steps and I just blew myself away and did 12,500 steps.
I did that???? I want to do a 1/2 marathon in Oct (appx 26,000 steps), but my doc is concerned about more metatarsal fractures - so I'm doing this work on a nustep (arms and legs, but no weight bearing. And I'm being responsible and seeing a bone density doc tomorrow so see how I can make this all work.
Doing what I can, doing the work!
