It is hard but they encourage you to go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need them. I have owned it since New Year's and I'm just starting week 2 because all the hype scared me for so long! I like the structured calendar to keep me on track. If it's not for you, you can always try something else but I'm really enjoying it! I like that the moves are simple without complicated dancy choreography to remember like most of the other cardio videos I've seen.
