I'm getting ready for my second fit test and I love this workout. I hate it when I am doing it but after you are done you feel STRONG. That mindset helps me make better, healthy choices during the rest of my day.
It's a beachbody workout program. You will likely see the infomercial for it if you watch late night tv :) It's a 60 day total body conditioning program that comes with a workout calendar and nutrition guide. I am doing great improving my endurance so far. I've never been able to run long distance but I definitely feel like I will be able to when I'm done with the program! I feel so strong and accomplished when I finish the workouts. My HRM shows that I burn about 350-380 calories per 40 minute workout including the several minutes of stretching and cool down which isn't bad!!

Heh, what's this insanity workout? Is it on Spark?
It is hard but they encourage you to go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need them. I have owned it since New Year's and I'm just starting week 2 because all the hype scared me for so long! I like the structured calendar to keep me on track. If it's not for you, you can always try something else but I'm really enjoying it! I like that the moves are simple without complicated dancy choreography to remember like most of the other cardio videos I've seen.
