I wouldn't worry about it - diet soda contains a lot of other things besides the sweetener that make it not such a good choice. I do use Mio and similar additives to my water sometimes for a change, and I do count it towards my water consumption.

It's fine. There's no reason not to drink it. Diet soda contains acids, other additives, and such. Calorie-free water enhancers are no big deal.

Sucralose is the same artificial sweetener that's used in many diet sodas, so yeah, I'd say it's in the "just as bad" category.

I bought one of those Mio water flavors, and it has helped me increase my water consumption by about double! It's calorie free, but contains Sucralose. Does it still count as water drinking, or is it just as bad as diet soda? Thoughts??
