wear ear plugs. My husband wears them because he says I snore loud. Some of my problem is allergies. I almost went down stairs & slept in the chair sitting up because I couldn't sleep lying down.

Sounds like he needs sleep study done. If it is sleep apnea, he will be healthier (and you sleep better) once he is treated.

He could be experiencing a relatively mild form of sleep apnea, which can be dangerous. Talk with him about talking with his physician about it.

My husbnad never used to snore, but now does all the time - and loudly. He gets insulted when I leave the room, but I need sleep too. Any suggestions??
