I am using the free version which I got for pre-ordering the new book. It is a nice tool, but nothing new and earth-shattering. Not sure how much it ordinarily costs, but you can get the same info for free.

I tried the free version when it was first offered and lost interest when it came to paying for what you can get here without it.

I tried the free version and I liked it so I signed up. I have not been sorry. It seems that I learn something new every day. If the time comes that this is not the case, I will bail. I do enjoy the 25 points.

I'm using it now and I think it offers the same tools we already have on SparkPeople.

Very interesting to here the opinions on this topic it seems like it can be not for everyone but whoever does use it loves it. This is at least what I have gathered so far.

I use it daily. I find it very motivating. It sounds weird but they are so on point with the topics they post, I really feel like it is designed especially for me.
For example The day after my family and I decides to go "back" vegan and non processed Spark Coach had a whole foods video for me to watch. That is one of many times Spark Coach had blown me away with posting with my current interest or dilemma.

I tried the free version, and felt it was like regular sparks. I do not have money to waste. I get my support thru friends. I have a friend who swears by it.

That's how I felt and I hardly used the free trial version but I don't know in my predicament it is challenging to stick to a program if no one else in the household is on board.

I tried the free version and did not find it helpful so I skipped the paid version.

And if so do you like using it and is it helpful for you? Is it worth the money?
