So I have been struggling getting back on track with the holidays and other things happening in my life. When they took the bar graph off the start page I created one myself. This week I lost a little weight and looked at the bar graph to see it move toward my goal weight and felt renewed. I mean just seeing it move from the original position helps me to see me reaching my goal. Anyone else feel this way?
