I'm dairy intolerant - the thing is we can generally take cheese and yoghurt o.k. but not the milk. Milk causes abdominal pain, gas and bloating :-( I eat a low fat tasty cheddar and often have yoghurt.

Thank you, I normally eat but was doing some genisoy shakes but that did not agree with me, so I will try this, I like almond milk but even that sometimes does not agree with me, nor does coconut milk and I don't know why, I can eat cheese just fine, but yogurt sets me off and so does certain milks.

Thanks for answering me, have a good night!

I agree with the previous poster. Green smoothies homemade are the way to go. Just google green smoothies for recipes. Try adding crushed ice for texture. Use almond, rice, or hemp milk as a base.

There are many other substitute milks you can use - Rice - Almond - Oats. Just check that they have a good source of protein! IF you are getting enough protein perhaps you could make a fruit smoothie using just fruit/veges and perhaps some nuts. Sometimes a little bit of Zero Carb plain soda to add a little bit of sparkle can lift it to make it 'special'.

diet shakes without whey, soy and are lactose free? I was suppose to do another plan but I can't as I"m lactose intolerant and can't handle soy or whey, and I need a shake in the middle of the day, does anyone know, can anyone help me?
