Yes, everyday except Saturday and Sunday. It's the only time of day I am awake without kids.

Unfortunately, I have to be at work by 7:30am and that would not give me enough time to work out, shower, get the kids ready for school and my husband to work. I am up at 5am, but starting to get everything together.
I wake up at 4:00 am because I have to go to work at 6:30 am. I usually do exercise at home.

I get up at 5:30/5:45, depending on which exercise videos I'm gonna do. needless to say, I don't go to the gym but I do have to get up early in order to get my workout. or I'd be too tired when I get home.
usually I do one workout in the morning & one workout right after I get home from school. I know once I sit down, I'm not gonna want to get up lol.
the motivation? just knowing I'll burn more calories during the day. and also knowing that I'll be more awake in class if I workout before school. and also simply my motivation and determination to lose weight.
I am starting this to find out if anyone gets up early in the morning. It seems that I will only be able to exercise at the gym in the mornings. My gym opens at 5 am & I have to be at work by 7 am. (So I was thinking working out for at least 45 min-since gym is near my home). Me & my man are down to 1 car & with our schedules, I get off at 3:30 & have to pick up my 2 sons from daycare by 4:00, so he can get to work by 4:40. So it appears that I will have to do the gym before I go to work.
I did exercise yesterday morning at home doing an aerobic exercise but it's just not the same as going to the gym. So I wanted to see if anyone else here finds the motivation to get up early in the morning to hit the gym. Feel free to email me also email@example.com
