I am finding it a super pain to figure out how to record our fit deck workout. Any suggestions? I am absolutely in love with the cards. I am slightly obsessed and ordered 14 decks. It just makes it way easier to stay having fun and keeps things random and fun. My boyfriend and I challenge each other more because of the competitive spirit playing a card game brings out. I would love to start recording all of my food and exercise in here again. I have already lost 20 pounds (without exercising or thinking about calories) and now I think it's time to start exercising and recording my intakes and outputs to realize where any faults I have may be.

I am not really sure what weight I want to be. I just want to be healthy, so I set my goal weight to a time when I remember I was active and happy. I am sure that was even too heavy but only time will tell. I went vegan about 6 months ago and I feel wonderful from that. Hoping to add some exercise soon. I had an injury that wasn't really letting me before. I haven't really been tracking my calories or anything but I've been slowly losing weight so thats awesome - even with night time chip binges
