Of course. Like it was said, we are human. It depends on how you respond to it. Are you going to let a bad day turn into a bad week and so on? Or are you going to do your best to let it go and be positive?
A positive lifestyle will get you to your goal a heck of a lot faster.

We all do. Sometimes you need to vent, other times to have a mental break.
Find a team where you can share the negatives and the positives. Give yourself permission to grieve. Accept the pain, feel it and the loss then slowly move on , knowing that life has changed.
Give yourself permission to feel happy. It's ok. Your loved ones would not want you to be unhappy forever.
I like Joel Olsten on TV. He always makes me feel better.

I had a real bad childhood which comes up sometimes as an adult and bites me in the butt......But I try to be positive any way. Talking to God helps.

The section called "Panic Button" is a good place to go when you're feeling a bit low and could use some moral support! Or even just to look over and see what other struggles people are facing, that you might relate to and not feel so alone when you're having a bad day (week, month or year) - i think we all have had a few of those at one point or another. I know I have.

Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

This site is great! This site is postive! Good going! It keeps me from posting most days because I am grieving several losses so not too postive these days. It helps me to read all the positive posts, but I would be ashamed to post because things are so very difficult for me. If you can relate please let me know and make suggestions that might help any of us to post when things are difficult. Thanks! emoticon
