For core work, that's the type of thing I do, Pilates type videos or circuit videos. Right now I'm also doing a butt lift program on YouTube that has some cardio and some body weight and light dumbbells. I still do heavy lifting with a bar and dumbbells as well. Heavy weighted squats, plus the body weight squats, so long as I feel my glutes are getting enough rest, bench, bent over rows, reverse flys, shrugs, calf raises, deadlifts, etc. all in weight heavy enough to fatigue me in (usually) less than 10 reps.
