I have short muscle groups so I use lighter weights with more reps.... I build muscle mass faster (or you see the results quicker). If I use over ten pounds consistently I begin to develop man arms. I use 5lbs and aim for 15 to 20 reps, 3 circuits. It all depends on your body type and what results you want.... good rule of thumb more weight less reps (this is for more mass)less weight more reps (this is for definition)

Depends on what muscle group I'm working. I do 20 lbs for biceps, 15 lbs for triceps, 30 lbs for chest press, 30 lbs for bent over rows, 20 lbs overhead press. I do 60 lbs for lunges and the rest of my lower I do around 80-120 lbs depending on the exercise.
