Absolutely not. VERY touchy subject for me. I find it demeaning to these obese people, not motivating to me at all (because I cannot stomach to watch). It embarrasses me. Too much of that show hurts people's feelings where it's not necessary. Having them so scantily clad all the time is humliating. There are options for healthy exercises without showing every ounce of fat flopping around for the world to view (I have plenty of "fat flopping around", so I'm not being mean to them). And I happen to have seen several skinny ladies in a restaurant cracking up laughing about the "big cows" and "whales" -- I just think there's more they can do to stop so much humiliation.

This is extreme weight loss that is done under supervision. I don't think it's a realistic option for people not on the show. Having said that, I love the message. No matter what the age, state of health or size, anyone can achieve a healthier lifestyle if they just make the choice to live better for themselves and their loved ones.
I also enjoy the stories and watching the journey of each participant. It's motivating and encouraging and I for sure will be watching tonights season premiere!

I don't like that they lose so fast, I think that is a disaster to gain it back like many of those contestants do. I do like seeing them lose weight though, I think that is encouraging to me. It shows you can do it and being fat is not a life sentence. I hope it is good and interesting casting this season.

I love The Biggest Loser. I find people's stories so inspirational. I'm always motivated to work out hard after watching the show. Best to watch it online or PVR it, though, to avoid commercials and reduce tv time (unless you're working out on commercials, of course).
I hope the teens on the show this season are successful at losing weight and adopting a healthy lifestyle. I'll be tuning in!

Have always watched it but always felt guilty because I was sitting there eating junk food while watching it. NOT THIS YEAR....I will be walking and working out and eating healthy along with the Biggest Losers

Some seasons I watch, and some I don't. It depends on the trainers and the attitudes of the contestants. If there is too much judgment/bullying going on, then I tune out. - I will be watching tonight, but as for the rest of the season, we'll see.

I never watched this show last year. Sometimes I need to take some time off.there have also been times when I don't watch amazing Race or Survivor.
I used too, but it got weird. I might try it again this season to see what they do with the kids.
