Not in a regular way. I NEED to... I have exercise down as a "need-to-do," now I need to get serious about tracking EVERY bite!

I track my food, but with MyFitnessPal. Their database seems to be bigger than the one here, so that makes it alot easier and quicker. And their community is decent. But I like the community here better, as well as the wealth of information that can be learned here. I recommend this site as much as I possibly can.

I'm now beginning to, still learning all the features of it though, question to anyone listening does Crystal light count as water intake or should it be tracked as just a beverage?

Usually everyday, several times per day. I appreciate updating as I go and figuring what would be good to plug in later on in the day.

I use it religiously, and try and track every little thing that I eat. I find it so helpful in achieving my weight loss goal, and plan on using it even when I reach maintenance mode.

I use the nutrition tracker every day for every meal whether I overeat or not and it really helps to plan my meals. Do you?

Each day is a great new start for whatever you need it to be. Embrace each day.
