I track my food, but with MyFitnessPal. Their database seems to be bigger than the one here, so that makes it alot easier and quicker. And their community is decent. But I like the community here better, as well as the wealth of information that can be learned here. I recommend this site as much as I possibly can.

I use it religiously, and try and track every little thing that I eat. I find it so helpful in achieving my weight loss goal, and plan on using it even when I reach maintenance mode.
