No. When I bake I generally reduce the sugar but I don't replace it. I've tried that and been disappointed with the results.

Yes, I've used it in wheat bran muffins. I thought it was tasty. Because of knowledge of less sugar or the Truvia? I'm sure it's the product. emoticon

No, I would use splenda before Truvia. Truvia doesn't seem to hold its sweetness when heated.

I have not, but I recently made some cookies using organic blue agave nectar in place of white sugar that it called for. They turned out SUPER sweet, even though I used half the amount that the recipe called for, for the granulated sugar. I have to avoid artificial sweeteners because my body REALLY does not like them.

I've used other substitutes, but not that yet.
I just purchased "Just Like Sugar" because I have a recipe book that uses that almost exclusively
