55 to 65 lbs. of weight loss with in a year should theoreticly be easy to do. Just make sure you have the support system you need! Having someone to workout with helps beyond all belief. If you can get someone to exercise with take advantage of that! Drink 12 cups of water a day. If you cannot drink that much then work up to it. Eat more raw fruits and veggies. I like to substitute a meal with a couple of fruit or veggies. It doesn't have to be the same meal each day. Apples and carrot are loaded with nutrients! They also help your body get much needed fiber and to help the body run more smoothly! Snack on healthy treats. If you get a craving drink a tall glass of water. Exercise obviously. Walking 2- 3 miles either everyday or just 3 times a week should really help. Lift weights. They can be soup can or you can use a resistance band. The cool thing about the band is you can carry it around in your back pocket!

wake up with a work out. Just 3 minutes in the morning can really help to get you energized and ready to go. You can jog in place, stretch, having sex even. Take it all one step at a time. Don't beat yourself up if you have an oops day. Everybody has them. You can do this! Taking it one step at a time really helps. Cut soda and snack cakes first helps alot. These are some of the hardest hurdles to jump. Take the soda out first it is the easier of the 2. Snack cakes are my hard one. :/ Anyway it will all work out. Don't let anyone make you feel bad for taking time out to treat yourself to things that make you feel good about yourself! Exercise is worth it! And so is eating right. You have a goal a path, and you have drive! You will do it!
