No. There was a study recently that showed vitamins don't have the benefit we once thought they did.

Also some vitamins taken at high doses seem to increase the mortality rate.

Who knows.

sometimes but try to get most from food eaten. exception is when I have to take 1-3 week international trips for work in which case I supplement everyday since it is so difficult to eat a balanced healthy diet on the road, especially in a foreign country while staying in a hotel

Multivitamin with iron and a 88mg aspirin.

Centrum Silver, Vitamin D, Vitamin B-Complex, Ester C, CoQ10 & Magnesium. I keep the vitamin people in business even though the FDA says they do little to no good.

So good so far!

Sometimes...mostly take supplements like omega-3's, astaxanthin and CoQ10's; tumeric, hawthorn and Prostate Health. About the only vitamin I take is B-12 (methylcobalamin) spray and the odd ester-C and d-alpha vitamin e.

I take a Centrum Silver 50+, Krill Oil, CoQ10, Ester-C and B-12 complex daily. I wonder about the efficacy now that the FDA came out and said they weren't beneficial.

everyday I take supplements such as krill oil, DHA/EPA, Ubiquinol, Prostate Health (which has zinc and vitamin D in it). On occasion I also take d-alpha vitamin e, methylcobolamin spray B12, esterified vitamin C and a calcium magnesium phosphorous supplement. Several other supplements I take include milk thistle (for the liver) tumeric (for hacking cough) reishi mushroom (chinese elixir) and hawthorn berries (for the heart).

This is about half of what I have floating around. Did I mention digestive enzymes and probiotics?

I do a multi-vite and fish oil -- I too read the article, but am still taking it. I don't take the supplement on days I have fish in my diet (I make a regular menu calendar) -- but on days I'm not eating fish, I take the supplement.

There really isn't a NEED to take vitamins unless you find you're deficient in something. With that said, I take a good multi as a "just in case".

Even the people who did the study on the fish oil and prostate cancer said that they needed to do a lot more study to confirm their results. It just makes news because it sounds scary.

I read an article on here yesterday saying there is a link between fish oil and prostate cancer.

I know I need to start taking vitamins and maybe fish oil too. What do you take and where do you buy them?
