No, not weekly. When i start to struggle in an area, I come up with a plan and see how it goes.

1st Goal: 18lbs by June 1 - Met goal on 4/28

2nd Goal: Onederland by July 31

No, not anymore, I did years ago though. Now it's a year round thing to just on plugging away.

Exercise and getting my steps in are always weekly goals for me. Goals that I set on a weekly basis, that actually change every week are projects around the house.

The only goals I set weekly are to get 10 minutes of walking each day and to get to the gym at least 3 times during the week.

What are your weekly goals and do you really execute them? My 3 goals for this week are 1)Bed by 9:00pm (which is in a few minutes) 2)Tasks are written and completed everyday 3)Workouts are done in the mornings
