I make a green smoothie almost every morning, at least every other day. You're right, they do fill me up! I add protein and fat (like tofu and walnuts) to keep my satisfied for hours.

I probably will more in the spring/summer. It's nice to take a break from gardening and sip on a tropical ice cold smoothie.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

I get out my Blentec and load it up with all kinds of fruit, veggies, raw nuts and seeds. No two are alike and each on fills me up for 6 hours.....
