I love iced tea and iced coffee. Any coffee that is left in the pot keeps well in the fridge until I am ready to pour it in a glass, add vanilla, milk , sweetener and ice and guzzle it down.

I just stopped coffee-- too much caffeine for me. And I LOVE hot chocolate, but that has too many calories for my weight loss goals.

emoticon

I find if it is a tea like Earl Grey, Chai Spice, Chocolate Mint...one tablespoon of cream and a dash of sea salt makes a very satisfying drink at only 50 calories. emoticon

If it is a citrus tea--like anything that goes with lime, lemon, orange....a teaspoon of Coconut oil and a dash of sea salt makes it all the more yummy --still under 50 calories. emoticon

My favorite teas are herbal blends, or green or white tea. I like a lot of flavor, so the new Tea's I just tried today are fabulous. emoticon

They both are holiday teas from "Stash". The first is called "White Christmas" and it is made from white tea, peppermint and ginger root. I added a table spoon of cream and a dash of sea salt and it was so delicious. emoticon

The second is called "Christmas Eve"-- it is made with cinnamon, orange peel, spearmint, vanilla extract, orange oil, cinnamon oil and clove flavor. Also added the cream and dash of salt--very satisfying and I am not missing my coffee or chocolate milk at all.

Nope, I'm a coffee person through and through, just can't get into tea. Keep some around for my husband, who likes it when he has a cold or cough, or if I have company that likes a cup of tea. Tried to like tea though.

In my area we have a chain called Teavana that sells incredibly fresh, fragrant, high quality loose leaf teas. I absolutely love that store and have enjoyed many cups of delicious tea thanks to them (way better than bagged grocery store bought tea).

Meg, Earl Grey is favorite!

There is nothing like a cup of hot tea and good book when it's cold and snowing outside!

Loose leaf is my favorite, but I like anything if it has good flavor: earl grey, mint, french vanilla... I really enjoy coffee, but try to limit myself... and I like the 25 cal hot chocolate too!

Right now I'm drinking earl grey tea with cream and stevia.

Yes, I sure do. Currently enjoying a cup of herbal tea. Yesterday I picked up some new green tea with mint and I can't wait to try it.

Thinking about asking for an electronic kettle for Christmas, one where I can select the water temp.

I'm loving herbal tea in the cold weather. It helps me get my 8 glasses of water down and gives me a calorie free "special moment" when I sweeten them with stevia drops--the flavors are great too.

I'm about to have my favorite "Chocolate Mint" a (Stash) brand tea, and "Lime Hisbiscus" from (The Republic of Tea) both have strong flavor and are very satisfying and GUILT FREE!
