Thank you everyone for sharing your recipes with me they sound wonderful, so many different ways to make a smoothie or shake. I will try quiet a few of these and I will write them all down and go from there thanks. It's really appreciated.

Tofu & Banana smoothie...
Equal* parts of Silken/Soft Tofu and Banana
It sounds gross, I know... I hate Tofu. But this smoothie is really nice, and it has lots of protein. You can add some water or soy milk if it's too thick.
I use ice..orange juice...pineapple...coconut..nonfat milk with vanilla whey protein

I like simple too, and the one I make most mornings is super easy. 1 frozen banana (makes a difference in taste and thickness!), 1 T peanut butter, quarter/third cup vanilla greek yogurt, skim milk (splashish/quarter cup), and ice. It's thick, creamy, filling, and ~300 cals!
1 banana 1 tbsp peanut butter 2 tsp chia seeds Rest of the cup full of frozen rasperries fill the empty space with water and buzz till smooth
It's thinner so you can drink it a little more quickly- perfect for the morning. I call it my PB&J shake.

I like a scoop of Healthy and Fit Heavenly Chocolate Protein powder and a package of Carb Free Carnation Instant Breakfast. I mix it in a glass of water, 160 cals, 23 grams protein. No chemical after taste and it tastes like chocolate milk.
You can also use low fat or non fat milk instead of water.
My daughter likes a scoop of non flavored protein powder with a scoop of orange sherbet and a cup of mixed berries.
I love to use unsweetened coconut milk as a base for a shake I make with frozen unsweetened dark sweet cherries. I use one serving of each and whirr in my Nutribullet; sometimes I add some unsweetened whey or soy protein powder.

I will eventually stop using slim fast, but need good but healthy/nutritious smoothie recipes I can make. But ones that don't include a ton of ingredients. I like to keep it simple but good, any shared recipes would be awesome. I look online for recipes and there just to many to choose and to many odd combinations.
The reason I chose slim fast was because it was simple to make and use, but of course the ingredient list isn't so simple :o)
