It's only been five days since I got serious about losing some weight and eating well, and already I feel MUCH better. I've lost almost four and a half pounds (it always comes off fast that first week!), I'm sleeping better, and my IBS issues have calmed down considerably.

Absolutely! I was having lower back pain and that is gone. And I'm just more comfortable in my skin now that my weight is heading down rather than up.

I feel AMAZING! Lots of energy, my skin looks extra clear and healthy, I'm steadily losing weight and I never have to feel hungry! Raw vegan is the way to go!

It's still new for me, but I find I'm already feeling a little better. I have a bit more energy and my knees don't ache as much.

for me it's about all the things I can now do that I had trouble with before. I can bend over and tie my shoes. walking up a flight of stairs is no problem. I had asthma and now it's gone. I don't need junk food any more either.........don't miss it.

I've cut way back on sugar and salt so my BP doesn't spike the way it used to after I ate.
I eat a very healthy diet (aiming for 5 to 7 servings of freggies a day) and I feel much better for it. More energy, less cravings, no indigestion, and no crazy spikes and slumps from sugar rush

Not if I don't eat enough carbs, my husband says I act like an old fishwife, nasty bad mood, he would rather I eat more and smile more.

I definitely feel better. A few that come to mind:

1. Most days I have more energy
2. Emotionally I feel better. I like that I am making healthier choices and taking control of my eating habits. I feel better shopping for smaller clothes.
3. My garden has expanded with my desire to eat healthier, so I'm proud of my garden and eating from it.
