I've had that happen - it's all I can do to change clothes and go to spin or Tabata class. Once I get there, I will sometimes 'kick it' much harder. Kind of like "well, I'm here...might as well get the most out of it!"
Sometimes starting is the hardest part but once I am there doing the thing I am fine. Don't know why this works but it does.

Lately I've felt like stopping and giving up, but each morning I get up and exercise hard anyways. Today I really felt like just giving up. I was telling myself I didn't need to exercise, didn't need to get healthy, and was "happy" the way I was. This was mostly because the past few days I've given in at dinner time and eaten bad but during the day I portion out and eat healthy. I stepped on the scale and saw that I STILL lost weight. This made me feel like even though I felt that I'm doing bad, I still am doing something good. So I went from not wanting to even put on my shoes to working out very hard for an entire hour, more than I've done to date. Have you ever worked harder on the days you want to give in?
