yes. not as much as i used you. i don't eat pop tots anymore, but still will eat a fiber one bar. i guess people would still think that is bad. my eating has slowly changed. i don't think i am going to give up processed completely-i like cold cereal too much to do that.
my goal is to be healthy and at a healthy weight. everything in moderation for me.
I'm about 95% unprocessed, but it took me nearly two years to rework all my recipes AND develop the willingness to cook meals from scratch. Our source of processed foods comes only fro the two meals we eat out each week--I don't buy processed food at the grocery at all. So we're fairly well settled into this routine and we love it.
Best of luck to you as you work toward this transition. The effort has certainly paid off for us.
I try to keep it to 80% unprocessed foods because I'm trying not to be OCD or take things to extremes. Its been the best thing I ever did.
I don't count things such as diced tomatoes as processed. For me 'processed' is if there are enough ingredients to count on one hand, and that I know what they all are. I don't count diced tomatoes or canned beans as processed, although I stick to no/low sodium and get them from whole foods market, so they are organic also. I will used dry/fresh when possible - for the health benefits, environmental impact, and economic savings.

Right now for me its canned vegetables and tomato sauces. Cereal, pasta, and peanut butter are all there and used in moderation. There are chips too and its gradually cutting back and trying to make what I can that isnt stored in a freezer. I have only the one on my fridge and making extras to keep can be a challenege to keep on hand or make (pasta for example) at times. I want to do more, its a balance between whats healthy and what I can afford and are really essentials for eating.
Yes, but only for items I can't make at home at the moment...condiments, bread, pasta, rice etc, plus lunches at work (baked potato with baked beans). Everything else I either cook from scratch and buy 'one ingredient' items at the supermarket. I buy local where possible but it's difficult in my town.
I'm having a real dilemma over bacon at the moment, I've only just found out how heavily processed it is. I've settled for reducing my consumption for now. (2 rashers for month)
EDIT: Also Jelly/Jello. I've not had any since I started SP but oh how I miss it!

I have drastically reduced my consumption of processed foods, and if I go processed, I go out of my way to find items as minimally processed as possible (and the fewest ingredients). The concept of processed foods doesn't bother me as much as an enormous, unnatural ingredient list.
I do. Mainly because circumstances have me currently living in my mother's attic with only a microwave to cook. Yes, I can go down to her kitchen to cook and I do on occasion, but I don't like to feel like I am taking over the place. Fortunately, I will be moving into my own place in a few weeks. I can't wait to get cooking again!
I've really cut down a lot due to the sodium content. I'm making a lot more things from scratch (e.g. refried beans, chili, split pea soup, making extra meat to use for lunchmeat, etc.), but I still do use some for convenience--things like spaghetti sauce in a jar, bread, cheese, some salad dressings, yogurt, margarine/butter, tortillas, dried pasta, and I still do eat the occasional frozen Lean Cuisine pizza (but these are the only frozen meals I ever eat). I have completely quit using dinners or dinner entrees in a box/bag. I really watch out for the sodium in the processed things I buy. I think that most people use more processed foods than they think...

I do buy canned ranch style beans but will rinse them with water and drain them before eating/using them in a recipe.
It's pretty hard to avoid them completely, but wow have I ever cut down.
The "processed" items you are most likely to find in my cupboard now would be canned beans, canned tomatoes & tomato sauce/pasta sauce, soups and seasonings (ketchup mustard hot sauce etc.). There is some cold cereal in there too, but I've not eaten any myself, in a couple months or more. GONE are box-mixes (anything resembling hamburger helper, rice-a-roni, instant potatoes, etc.) and any sort of prepared entree (frozen dinners).

I do if I can find them without a bunch of sodium. And since I usually can't, no. I also enjoy cooking so I don't really care that I have to make everything myself.

I do eat some Healthy Choice or other type frozen meals but always add at least two more servings of fresh vegetables to them.

Not as much as I used it. No canned soups, frozen veggie burgers, sauces from a jar, frozen meals; always homemade when I can. Things I still eat - peanut butter (natural, only 2 ingredients: peanuts and salt), cheese, yogurt, pasta, bread when I can't make my own, and a few others things I can't think of right now.
Not nearly as much as I did in the past. I too, am all about moderation. Processed foods aren't great for you. But if you eat in moderation, it should work out. The last time I was on spark people, I ate pretty much all processed foods and came within my calorie range and lost weight. So I know that I can eat them, but I feel AMAZING when I have them just once or twice a week. They are still in my house, I have a toddler that needs her goldfish! But I don't really snack on her stuff, so that isn't an issue for me.

When I need to, yes. I am about moderation in everything.
I am not going to bake my own bread products from scratch. For that matter I am not going to grow, reap, and grind my own grains either! I don't grind my own mustard seeds to make my own mustard. I don't milk my own cows and churn my own butter, etc. etc.
So I think we all eat processed foods to some extent. But, having said that, I do try to make the majority of my meals consist of meats I cook at home with steamed veggies and fresh fruit.
The rest I don't worry about. If I open a can of tomato sauce to make a soup or chili I don't give it a second thought.
When I do eat pre-packaged food because of time constraints I purchase quality, less processed foods. For example I occasionally eat Annie's mac and cheese. Most days I make my meals at home and do not include processed foods in my diet.
