I usually eat dinner, unless I had a big lunch, then I'll have very little for dinner.

She may just eat small snacks often throughout the day. That's what I do, as opposed to large traditional meals.

If I didn't eat dinner, my family wouldn't be able to stand to be around me. :)

I am not sure what everyone else does...........But I eat dinner. My blood sugar would go real low if I didn't. I personally don't think that she is doing her body any good by skipping a meal.

I eat dinner, but I do try to keep it on the light side. I figure breakfast and/or lunch need to be my biggest meals for the day since I'm up and about and that's the time my body's going to be in need of more calories. Sometimes all dinner is is a salad for me (I make sure it's got some fats and proteins in it, of course.)

Regarding morning workouts / runs - I always make sure I give my body a little bit of fuel to pull from before a morning workout if I'm not planning to eat an actual breakfast until after the workout. A small banana or a cup of juice or a small quarter- or half-size portion of oatmeal is about it.

Weird question, I know! One of my neighbors/coworkers recently became my running buddy. We ran a 5k together over the weekend and afterwards she commented that she had eaten dinner the night before (her birthday) and was able to run really well because of it. She said she oftentimes feeds her kids dinner (she has 4 from ages 4-15) but doesn't feel like eating herself. I thought this odd because last week she mentioned that she doesn't usually eat lunch because they eat an early dinner. Haha, so I'm wondering when she actually does eat. I run at 5am (as does she) and am usually pretty weak if I haven't eaten the night before. We usually sit down for a family meal though so it's rare that I don't eat. Just curious how normal it is not to eat dinner.
