I am off and on about. I had not had the time for awhile but I need to get back it. However you bet your bottom dollar I blogged my butt off after I completed my first 5k

I blog on here and just kind of about everything relating to my fitness journey; how I felt about my eating/working out. Sometimes it is just better to get it out here with people who GET it lol

I blog pretty much every day about my fitness journey, and I have a separate blog for our "walk to Mordor" challenge. I find it incredibly motivating to write about what I did, or what I'm planning to do, fitness-wise.
Does anyone else blog their activity? And do you find it motivating or just tedious?
