Good morning well here it is -21 and brrrrr..cant wait to go to punta cana in 10 days. I plan on walking every morning, and going to take some protein shakes with me..any other suggestions. Cause i know food and drink is plentiful, and this is the only time of the year that i get to enjoy myself. Also, how do i put my spark on holidays, so i dont come home to thousands of emails. have a good day bren

Heck no! I don't pig out for the entire month of December, but when Christmas Eve and Christmas Day roll around I cut myself some slack and ENJOY!

Poobear, I love Agave. I use plain yogurt with fresh blueberries, couple of almonds and drizzle Agave. It is a great snack. Lots of yummy things to do with Agave. That is the nectar that they make Tequila with I heard. But I would stick to the fresh Agave. HA!

Yes but I found out instead of suger in your fave holiday treats to use agave nectar. It's a natural sweetner and works better than any or a lot of sugar!
