Hello Everyone, I am new on this site. I love it so much that I have to kiss the computer. I have lost two pounds in one week, I had eight glasses of water today. I ran outdoors and before I go to bed I am going to run on t he treadmill. I am sooooooooooooooooo excited. I weight 154 pounds, my goal is to weigh 145 by August 18. I am 5ft 7inches. I am in the right weight zone for my heigh but I am usually 140 and I feel much better and more confident at 140 pounds. So help me to stay on track and to reach my goal. I am confident that I will reach it. I got a partner today is has been exercising every morning for the past 35 years, so I am in good company. I am sooooooooooooo happy now. Thanks to sparkpeople
