I have been doing the Fast Break this week and am trying to decide whether to go on to Stage 2. Would love input as if staying in Fast Break until you nail down the 3 goals is beneficial.
I actually joined in late October and was not active from mid Nov til this week. During that first attempt, I stayed in Fast Break the whole time, but was too busy to stay consistent. I wonder if I should just move on to Stage 2 and learn new habits, or hold myself here one more week and get these 3 goals consistently happening every day.
I know its my own call, but curious what more experienced and successful peeps might suggest.
