Take my advice. I didn't take other people's advice, and before my cough/bronchitis was fully over I went to the gym and did one day of the 30 day shred. Now my cough is back twice as bad and I am sidelined again. Ugh.
eat food. not too much. mostly plants.
Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!) Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!) Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)
