Within the My Fitness tracker, there are 4 tabs (located under the date section): Search, Favorites, Groupings, Mileage.
Just click on the Mileage tab.

How do I update the goal "DISTANCE GOAL: Walk/Run 3 Miles per Week change" that appears at the top of my fitness tracker? When I click on the link it just shows the totals (currently 0), not how to add to it. I am adding my exercise in as Treadmill: 5% incline at 2.5mph but it does not affect the distance goal.
