I'm doing both, I walk and I keep track of my steps. But I'm only using the distance I walk for cardio to track my miles. My steps are a separate thing for me, because I walk a ton at work. Just yesterday I walked a total of over 27,000 steps in one day, minus the steps I took while walking. I have the miles setup with a goal of 4 miles a week, but how do I enter that I've already walked 3 miles this week? How do I actually enter the miles that I walk?

In "my Fitness" select "Fitness Setup" to the right of the date; once you're there select "Mileage Tracker" and if you scroll down you can give yourself a goal to meet every week. In my opinion, the mileage tracker is good for when you go for runs or walks, not when you track every step you take with a pedometer.

I can't seem to find that. How do I add to the mileage?

The distance goal will only count miles that you enter under Add Mileage. If you're using Step Tracker or adding Cardio, that doesn't count.

I have a goal for distance set, but I enter my steps as well as my walking and it is not updated that I've walked 3 miles already this week. Can anyone help? Thanks.
