I'm doing both, I walk and I keep track of my steps. But I'm only using the distance I walk for cardio to track my miles. My steps are a separate thing for me, because I walk a ton at work. Just yesterday I walked a total of over 27,000 steps in one day, minus the steps I took while walking. I have the miles setup with a goal of 4 miles a week, but how do I enter that I've already walked 3 miles this week? How do I actually enter the miles that I walk?
