Just discovered there is a hiking trail that bridges my walking loop with another loop. I've been walking here for nearly a year and didn't know it even existed, but it's still snow covered so as soon as the ground is uncovered, I'm looking forward to a long hike of "discovery" In the meantime I'll keep walking the same old loop, but I know a change will invigorate me and make the whole walk seem new and exciting!!
my family and I have switched to 90% fresh fruits and vegetables and as least processed foods as possible, it feels really good and I feel so much better feeding my family healthy foods and its been so beneficial to my weight loss so far.

Today my daughter and I discovered a conservation area with a 4.5km walking trail -- and just fell in love with it! First day we truly felt like Spring was coming! It was absolutely invigorating! And I will be returning, often! Have you made any discoveries that have invigorated you? A new trial? A new exercise? A new routine?
