I'd try low-fat mayonnaise with crushed garlic and a little lemon juice. It's how I eat my fries when I'm in Spain, and with the strong flavourings you shouldn't need much of it to add a little 'zing'. :)

I like to use different spices on them
Ketchup is ok if you stick to a serving or 2 instead of globs of it
low fat ranch
I also like spicy brown mustard

Hey everyone! I am having some french fries with my dinner and I was curious about some different dips. Usually I dip my fries in ketchup but I know that can have a lot of sugar. Are there any other good options for dipping my fries? I'm not a huge fan of plain fries but I will eat them. I just wanted to add a little extra flavor.
