Try to stick with a veggie salad or broiled fish if they offer it...those are probably pretty safe choices...as long as the salad is lettuce and veggies only, no cheese, but maybe grilled chicken on it would be ok.
That is what I have been doing when I go out and I don't think it's really affected me negatively.

I have no idea but if I was you I would have something healthy from home first.. that way you will not be famished and the high calories foods may not be as tempting. Have fun!

Hello! I have had a great week and of course, tonight is a test...going out to eat with the "girls". And we are going to Wildfire...and I can't seem to find any nutritional information on line for them...any one know where I can find it?
