I suggest aromatherapy bath and body works sale a great line called "Sleep" also if you like hot tea there are some for sleeping problems. Also it depends if your drinking and eating certain things before bed.

GUPTAM,

How long have you been having problems sleeping ? Has it only been since you started exercising ? If so, your sleep problems could be related to your evening workouts. When do you eat dinner ? If you're working out and then eating dinner afterwards, that could cause problems. I know that some evenings if I take a late class, I do find it difficult to sleep.

Can you change your workouts to an earlier time ? that should help. If you can't change your exercise schedule, then you might have to change your eating schedule. Some times eating too late a night can cause problems because your body is still digesting the meal.

Also, have you been experiencing any unusual stress ? Stress and anxiety can mess with a person's sleep routine. So, another thing to try is to relax as best you can so that your body returns to that resting state.

try changing your routine a bit to see if that helps. If that doesn't help, talk to your doctor and see what they think. there may be a "medical" cause for your sleep issues. If so, you need to know asap.

Dancing can be invigorating for some. Try doing strength training afterward.. either a full-body workout every 2 days or alternate between upper & lower body each day. Start light the first week, but work up to a challenging amount of weight. That should help. If not, you might need to move the workouts earlier in the day.

Some people have trouble have sleeping after an evening workout, for various reasons. One option for that of course is to move the workout to earlier in the day. Do you do strength training in the evening? I find it helps me sleep better to do a good round of heavy lifting in the evening.
