So, I don't eat fish, can't eat spicy, can't eat cheese or milk products of any kind including yogurt, can't eat mushrooms. That leaves out the pre-packaged 'diet foods' on the shelf and puts me in the situation of eating out or eating what I make.
Point #1 - recovered exercising Anorexic - 6'1" from age 13-17 at 87#. Point #2 - can not eat at regular times as the job I work I don't get specific times to take lunch - customer service.... Point #3 - have food difficulties as I'm finding out I'm having reactions to GMO'd foods....Oh Joy! Point #4 - can't stand fish of any type - take 2000mcg of Fish Oil every night... Any suggestions are welcome....I eat food to replace feelings and I understand this, but I'm the type that needs a replacement and not a stop. Point #5 - don't smoke, never have and don't drink or do any type of drugs - never have.
