Spark coach is great too! Although not free, but you get a professional coach that you can email and what not if you have questions. As far as motivation join some spark teams, post blogs, and even post the forums! If you have not tried spark coach yet, you should be able to try it free for a week and see how you like it. I live in a rural area as well and this site with spark coach is everything I need. Along with buying workout clothes, DVDs and some at home fitness equipment. Which you can order that online, through various sites including this one or just walmart which I did both.

I honestly don't know. But, what I can tell you is that SP is fantastic, and can give you what you're looking for. Between, the articles, videos, recipes, and community, you can get all that and more. And, it's free.
Don't do anything to lose weight that you aren't willing to do for the rest of your life to maintain it! *unknown*

Does anyone know if there are any good dietitians or trainers that will provide sessions via Skype or other video chat? I live in a rural area and there are not many options when it comes to someone to motivate and answer questions. I know there are some out there by doing a search on various search engines. The problem is, I don't know if they are any good and usually the initial cost is several hundred dollars.
