Hi, Pruestratton2, and welcome to SP!
Getting the right exercise may be the key, depending on the progression of your MS. If you have any concerns, go straight to the most reliable resources: the physician who treats your symptoms, a physical therapist and/or a local MS support group. You'll find many exercises here in the fitness section that are good, so you may be able to tailor a program from them, also.
Food is a key component, of course. Measuring, weighing and tracking lots of nutrients will be invaluable to you in understanding what nutritional changes you can make. Checking some online resources, I was interested to see comments that Omega 3 is being considered beneficial to MS symptoms. One article on nutrition and MS is by the National MS Society ( www.nationalmssociety.org/living-with-mult
), and you probably have dietary recommendations from your health care professional. Note that you can track many nutrients in your nutrition tracker, so you can stay on top of monitoring things like the Omega 3. Yes, you may have to input some of your own nutrient information if it's not listed, but once you do this, the SP program will do the tallies for you.
SP's many articles and tools are ideal for you; customize your use of them to gain the most from the site. It is a journey, so dig in and move forward! Enjoy the journey!
I'm cheering for you!
