Hi all,
after a loooong break from SparkPeople I missed you guys and I'm back. I've been at the gym sweating my butt off every day for the past two weeks and oh I feel great.
I was just reading SHAPE magazine and found this great website. DietBet.com
Please check it out.... it pays you to loose weight..... It sounds like a scam but it's not. Please check it out. the more people you have on your team the more money you can win if you loose enough. If you're wondering what challenge I'm in .... I'm in Leslie's DietBet. Let me know if you're interested....
The challenge starts tomorrow but you can do more than one challenge so you can start at any time. It's a 4 week programs, 4% of your body weight.... :)
