I sometimes have this problem as well you do have to just do it. My problem is that if I don't get up and go in the morning I won't go at all because the evening are so hard for me to go after work and then picking my daughter up and homework right after. I just moved to this area of the state and I do not have anyone here that I can report to at 5 AM to hit the gym with or go running like I did before I moved here morning are so much better to just get in and knock it out and be done with it.

Good for you! I have been in a slump for a week or better. I just don't have the energy or the mind set to do my walks or even get on the Stationary bike. Trying to build myself back up and get on track. I need to do as you did and just do it.
