If you can't dance for 50-60 minutes, then why not dance for 25-30 ? You know me, I will always consider walking excellent cardiovascular exercise. If you're taking a daily walk, you're still doing good things for your heart.
Funny you should mention Jane Fonda, back when they used VHS, I was a great fan and used to do her workouts regularly. I had to throw them out bcoz of fungus on the VHS tapes! I was beyond upset! It's very hard to find Jane on DVD these days!
Again, I didn't manage to do that 50 minute Latin dance workout I found on youtube. I went for a walk instead but ended up discussing a business proposition with a neighbor and playing with her cat! She gave me a couple of prawn fritters afterwards! Yummmmmm!
I felt guilty for skipping my walk, so I did a 30 minute Denise Austin Super Stomachs workout. Think 80s! Lol! It was on VCD but I used an AVS converter and converted it to mpeg. Yup, I still have some old VCDs waiting for conversion.
Well, I m happy bcoz today wasn't a total loss! But I am definitely doing that Latin dance workout on Thursday! No more excuses!
