Measured against a few years ago when I checked the next day and came up with 8000+ calories, yes. My weakness yesterday was some great nachos so I went over for my normal daily but, hey, the only other day if the year I pig out is T'day so it's OK

I made the mistake of not making a goal. I indulged but didn't overindulge. I had slight indigestion with the junk I did eat. I thought that was a good sign because my body doesn't want that junk anymore. I'm turning a corner!

Yes...I knew that I would eat wings and pizza...so I skipped breakfast but had coffee, had an afternoon snack (2 piece of sugar free turtles). Ate 2 slices of chicken blt pizza and 3 hot wings about 4 pm yesterday...and didn't eat dinner (just wasn't hungry). This is pretty normal for my weekends, however, during the week, I try to eat a full 3 meals.
Not really. No. However, on the bright side, the cake we got for my son as an early celebration for his birthday (which is Wednesday) looked and smelled totally gross to me, so I went without.
