Did you know that any cake that is chocolate you can sub 1 can of black beans pureed instead of eggs{Light colored CAKES USE GARBONZO BEANS} and oil to decrease fats? use juice from beans too..And is so moist:) and in any cake you can sub oil eggs for flavored diet soda? such as a chocolate cake use black cherry? AND if you use the boxed brownie mixes and use these black beans they are out of this world, just don't over cook:) Just thought I'd share that and ENJOY:) emoticon emoticon
